Turkey Wraps with Spinach Cream Cheese

  Today’s recipe came about because of groceries gone bad.  We’d planned on making these cucumber cream cheese wraps…but in the course of a few short days my cucumbers went slimy and rotted.  Gross.
  Instead, here’s what we made:
  Here’s what you need:
One pkg frozen spinach, thawed and water pressed out (about 1/2 cup)
4 oz (half a package) cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Smoked turkey breast
Whole wheat flour tortillas
  Place the first 3 ingredients in a small food processor and blend together until fully combined.  Spread onto a tortilla and top with turkey.  Roll and eat.
  So easy!  I still want to try the cucumber version, as I love just about everything cucumber…but this was a huge hit too.  The boys added pickles to theirs, which I wasn’t a big fan of, but they both seemed to enjoy.  How funny, huh, that the only pregnant one was the one who thought it was too “weird” to add pickles!
